Otis College Peer Mentors

Otis College of Art and Design student leaders are devoted to enriching students’ experiences on campus by providing them with a network of support and guidance, developing interactive programming, and fostering a friendly and diverse community that is built on respect.

Peer Mentors are committed to enhancing the student development of first-year students and encouraging their successful transition to Otis College. Peer Mentors create opportunities for new students to make connections with their peers and their community through interactive events and programming. Peer Mentors also aim to support their mentees by meeting with them one and one throughout their first year, guiding and motivating them, informing them about Otis College resources, and reminding them to take advantage of special opportunities for first year students, such as our Take FLIGHT program. Peer mentors are committed to creating a community of connected, engaged, and thriving students.
